Not only have we released four major improvements, but we are also excited to unveil our newly revamped homepage with a slightly new corporate identity. As a result of this, we have made the decision to unify the names of our modules for a more cohesive experience.

We are excited to introduce a range of enhancements and new features designed to significantly improve your reporting and client relations experience of SWMS.

Number of major improvements: 4

Not only have we released four major improvements, but we are also excited to unveil our newly revamped homepage with a slightly new corporate identity. As a result of this, we have made the decision to unify the names of our modules for a more cohesive experience.

The names of our modules are now called:

  • Sharpfin Core – The heart of Sharpfin including the functionality blocks Wealth Management, Dashboard and Reference Data
  • Back Office – Previously known as Wealth Admin. Our module for fees and invoicing
  • Order Management
  • Risk Management
  • Reporting
  • Client Relations – Previously known as Advisory. We renamed this module as it has much more to it than just advisory forms. In fact it is a module to automate your KYC/AML-survaillence   and get an immediate overview of clients KYCs.

Releases:

1. Data from personal register when creating new clients

You can now set up new clients from official address information by just entering the personal number of your clients (applies to Swedish clients only).

Affected modules: Client Relations/Reference Data

2. Possibility to identify clients with BankID rather than ID-copy

You can now configure the system to have clients identified by BankID-signatures on a form rather than with a ID-copy.

Affected modules: Client Relations

3. Yellow KYC-status

Two months before the KYC expires the client turns from green to yellow in order to alert you in advance before the clients KYC becomes invalid.

Affected modules: Client Relations

4. Excel report with realised profit & loss

Just like in the portfolio report you can now generate realised profit and loss in Excel format for a client or portfolio of your preference.

Affected modules: Reporting
